With over 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and strategic advisory, Ade acts as a trusted partner to C-level executives navigating complex financial and operational challenges — delivering prompt, actionable solutions that drive measurable results.
Ade specializes in fractional CFO and Controller services, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and Strategic Advisory. His work spans Cash Flow Management, Dynamic Financial Modeling, Budgeting and Forecasting, M&A underwriting, and Operations. Clients turn to Ade when they need clear-eyed financial leadership without the overhead of a full-time executive hire, whether they are scaling a SaaS platform, evaluating an acquisition, or restructuring operations to improve profitability.
Throughout his career, Ade has driven operational efficiency through disciplined financial planning, cost-control strategies, and working capital optimization. He has prepared and negotiated numerous letters of intent and purchase contracts, underwritten acquisitions with optimized capital structures, and developed financial models for multi-family and mixed-use real estate properties.
When not busy with a project, which is rare, Ade enjoys working on charitable projects in the Chicago area. Ade gives back by tutoring students and adults in business and taxation-related subjects, which he enjoys doing very much.
