As Investors and small business advisors, our primary focus is on real estate investments and mergers and acquisitions advisory. We invest in and serve businesses in a diverse range of industries including the Consumer products and Real estate industries, comprising both brick and mortar and e-commerce types.
Our current focus in the multi-family commercial real estate space is on properties located in the Mid-West and the South Eastern United States. All other areas are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Garden, mid-rise and high-rise considered.
100 units and above. We will considered properties smaller on a case-by-case basis.
Class A and B preferred. Value-add opportunities considered on a case-by-case basis.
We are also focused on small and medium sized companies (SME) and lower middle market companies located in the Mid-west.
